Graphics engine · Fixed a possible crash with terrain data. · Fixed an issue with beam particle effects not playing at times. · Made a memory optimization for actors' instance data.
Physics engine · Added some additional error checking to the ragdoll initialization.
Combat · Improved the way that one-handed weapons are held in first person mode so that the hand closes properly on each weapon. · Fixed an issue that caused bare hands to jitter in first person aiming mode.
UI · Adjusted the radar to rotate based on where the camera, instead of the character, is facing. · Changed the UI so that it shows with the exit confirmation window even if hidden. · Updated the /exit! command to behave like the /exit if still the player is still connected. · Changed target selection so it clears on resurrection. · Updated the keymap to allow binding for Shift, Ctrl, Alt, +, and the left and right mouse buttons. · Updated the V-Sync option to be disabled when "Run in a Window" is checked. · Fixed an issue with the cursor disappearing if a player in aim mode with a Mission Completion window up tried to harvest something.
General · Fixed a bug that could leave a character stuck falling through the air after colliding with certain objects. · Fixed an issue that made other players seem to go upright before teleporting if they died near the LifeNet facility. · Improved the orientation of dead creatures so they don't sink inside hills.
Mounts · Updated vehicle orientation to handle gaps on certain objects. · Updated animal mounts for a smoother angle correction. · Made adjustments to the way that small steps are handled so they don’t require a stop. · Changed autorun to turn off upon dismounting. · Restored the ability to target your mount when you dismount in aim mode. |
